Introduction to LEAP Documents

This is an Introduction to LEAP Document.  In this course you will learn how to add a new matter into LEAP as will as some basic document production.

This course is designed for new staff members to get them started with accessing the LEAP system.

The Introduction to  LEAP Documents course is approximately 40 minutes long and you will be issued a certificate at the completion of this course.

Legal Trust Accounting – VIC

From 1 July 2015 the Legal Profession Act 2004 is repealed and replaced by the Legal Profession Uniform Law Application Act 2014, or ‘Uniform Law’. The Uniform Law package includes Legal Profession Uniform Rules (or Uniform Rules). Victoria and New South Wales are the first states to adopt and implement the Uniform Law and Uniform Rules. The Legal Profession Uniform Law is a note to the Legal Profession Uniform Law Application Act 2014 (NSW) and a schedule to the Legal Profession Uniform Law Application Act 2014 (Vic).
